We’re growing rapidly and seeking a Legal Counsel to support our growing team.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting contracts and documents
• Counseling the management 
• Regulatory requirements and reporting 
• Working with EU level and national regulations, data protection
• Participating in product and process development
• Preparing corporate legal documents
• Drafting and monitoring internal regulations
• Internal document management
• Participating in the discussions with customers and other partners.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of legal experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations and GDPR
• Experience in contract drafting and compliance
• Law degree: EU legal practice preferred
• Excellent English communication skills.
